Representative figures of regulatory T (Treg) cell subsets on flow cytometry (FOXP3 as a marker for Treg cells) in the spleen of Normal and MRL/FASlpr mice following treatment of indicated compounds for 10 weeks. The mice were grouped into C57BL/6 and MRL/FASlpr mice treated with Vehicle, Mycophenolate (PO, QD), A (SC, TIW), B (SC, TIW), and C (SC, TIW). After staining, cells were first gated for CD3+CD4+ cells, and the CD25+FOXP3+ cells were analyzed by flow cytometry.
